360-Degree Feedback Interviews

The richest data for describing your strengths and development areas as seen by important others.

Qualitative data obtained through individual 20 to 30-minute interviews with your boss, colleagues, employees, and peers. You decide who to interview.  Common themes are categorized and summarized based on responses to open-ended questions such as “Would you hire this person for this position; why or why not?” The impressions and perceptions of others are then compared to the requirements for success in the role. The results help clients clarify their developmental coaching goals and plans. Reports are for development only and not shared with sponsors or employers.
