Rick brings a wealth of experience as a leadership coach and former executive in HR roles at major corporations like Coca-Cola, Fiserv, and Invesco. He combines practical business acumen with his coaching and training skills to help leaders achieve strategic growth and improved performance. Rick is passionate about Family Systems Theory and strategic planning.
