2. Assess. Self-assess or get feedback from others to clarify coaching goals as needed.
3. Aim. Identify challenges and establish coaching goals to align with career and personal goals.
4. Act & Adjust. Create action plans. Experiment, evaluate, and adjust. Repeat.
