Hogan Assessments

Hogan assessments are the gold standard in personality tests. The HPI, HDS, and MVPI tell a lot about a person’s character strengths and motivations. The HBRI is helpful in understanding a person’s intellectual reasoning strengths. These assessments are helpful in identifying talent and fit to role as well as providing understanding of the drivers behind behavior observed by others.

HBRI

Business Reasoning Inventory
The first measure of reasoning ability designed to predict real-world performance in a business setting. The HBRI evaluates qualitative and quantitative reasoning. Qualitative reasoning involves using data visualization, logic, and verbal information, and quantitative reasoning involves using mathematical and spatial information.

HPI

Personality Inventory
The HPI represents the bright side of personality and describes how we relate to others when we are at our best. People who score the way you scored yourself on the HPI have a reputation for being seen this way.
If you don’t trust the 360 degree feedback you have received, then this assessment might help validate it.

hds

Development Survey
This report reflects The dark side of personality which emerges in times of increased strain and can disrupt relationships, damage reputations, and derail people’s chances of success. By assessing dark-side personality, you can recognize and mitigate performance risks before they become a problem.

mvpi

Motivations, Values, & Preferences Inventory
The inside of personality refers to the goals, values, drivers, and interests that determine what we desire and strive to attain. By assessing values, you can understand what motivates you to succeed, and in what type of position, job, and environment you will be the most productive.
